Based on the stamping blocks of our ancestor Philena Moxley, the origins of this pattern date back to the late 1800s! This pattern is perfect to practice simple outline and fill techniques or get more intricate as an intermediate rug hooker and practice fine shading! If you're an advanced rug hooker you could even think about trying out the Waldoboro technique!

This pattern is 12" x 16".  It can be printed on monks cloth, rug warp, unbleached or bleached linen.
